With Ontray, you can configure your network to automatically charge your store’s fees as orders come in. These fees will then carry through to your statements which will outline how money flowed through your business.
The screenshot below shows a sample restaurant details panel.

The store’s name, cuisines and active/featured status can be configured here. If a restaurant is marked as ‘Featured’, it will appear on the homepage. The lower the featured priority, the sooner in the list it will appear.
Cash Payments: if users can checkout with cash.
Credit Card Payments: if users can checkout with a credit card (not available in all countries).
Sales Tax Rate: if you’d like to charge your users’ sales tax the rate can be set here. Tax is calculated as a percentage of the order subtotal + delivery fees (optional - see next field).
Apply Tax to Delivery: if tax should include delivery fees check this field. If tax should be calculated off of the order subtotal alone, leave this field unchecked.
Currency: the currency for the selected store.
Network Fee %: the percent fee you’d like to charge your store. This is calculated as a percentage of the order subtotal.
Network Flat Fee: a flat fee per order placed with the network.
Processing Fee %: the processing fee you’d like to charge your store. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the whole order plus the Processing Fee Flat (next field).
Processing Fee Flat: the flat rate processing fee charged to your stores.
Your Processing Fees: this is the processing rate you will be charged (regardless of what you charge your stores).
Collect Delivery Fees?: if checked, you will be credited with any delivery fees collected.
Collect Tips on Delivery?: if checked, you will be credited with any tips collected on deliveries.
Collect Portion of Sales Tax?: if checked, you will be credited with your portion of sales tax. Calculated as the (network fee + network flat fee) * tax rate.
Ontray Fee%: this is the fee you way Ontray when processing orders (this fee can vary).
Fee Structure: this is the fee structure applied to the given store.
User Fee Label: if the user fee method is enabled, this is the label for the applied fee.
