You can view your network’s Active Orders by navigating to your network’s dashboard and selecting ‘Active Orders’ from the panel on the left-hand side.
Here you will find a list of your network’s active orders across all stores, defined as orders in-between the initial order placement and finally reaching your customer.
You are able to view order, transaction, and customer details as well as take certain actions by selecting a specific order. These actions include:
Marking an order as ‘On its Way’
Printing a receipt
Issuing a refund
